1. Shipping Regions
We currently only ship within New Zealand

2. Processing & Delivery

*Orders process within 1-3 business days. Estimates start when shipped.*

3. Tracking
Tracking email sent upon shipment. Check status in “My Orders.”

4. Issues
- Lost/Delayed:** Contact us within 30 of shipping date.
-Damaged/Wrong:** Report with photos within 7 of delivery for free replacement/refund.

5. Cancellations
Allowed before “Processing” status. {See Returns Policy after}.
